The shredder/slicer is a GREAT attachment to the Kitchenaid stand mixer. It was just what I was looking for to help us in the kitchen! The price was way better than in the local stores that carries the mixers and accessories. They are selling for $60+, where Amazon has the same attachment for $40.00! The ONLY draw back was the cost of shipping, but it was still a bargain!

KitchenAid products are machinery for cooks and bakers. I love everything about my mixer, and the slicer/shredder will certainly add to the ease of cooking.

I brought this for my daughter to go with her KitchenAid Professional 600 stand mixer.

She LOVES it . it is a big time saver.She loves it. I too have one and also love it

I’m considering buying this item and have a question for those of you that use it. How well does the shredder make crumbs? I’m a pie maker and make a lot of graham cracker, Oreo, and vanilla wafer crumb crusts and need to replace my food processor. By the way, I use my Kitchenaid stand mixer every day and my only other accessory is the juicer. Michele at geo@yhti.net
